FAQ: Can I use aquavitro premier™ in a saltwater aquarium?

No, premier™ should not be used in a saltwater aquarium. It is a concentrated solution of potassium thiosulfate, which removes both chlorine and chloramine; however, due to the ammonia that is produced when it reacts with chloramines, it should not be used in a saltwater aquarium. In a planted aquarium, the plants will quickly scavenge the ammonia as a food source.
