NOT RECOMMENDED.
Whenever possible, Seachem® recommends to use one medication rather than two or more, as the use of multiple medications can be very stressful to fish. Cupramine™ and MetroPlex™ do not interact with each other, but MetroPlex™ can simultaneously treat internal and external parasites of fish while Cupramine™ treats external parasitic infections, so there should not be a need to use both.
